La Federación Empresarial de Carnes e Industrias Cárnicas (FECIC), con oficinas en Madrid, Barcelona y Bruselas, se creó en 1978, y es la organización empresarial que representa y defiende los intereses de las empresas del sector cárnico a nivel nacional.

FECIC es el resultado de la unión de diferentes asociaciones empresariales, que se dedican tanto al sacrificio de animales de las especies vacuna, porcina, caprina y equina, como al despiece de sus carnes y a la transformación de estas en productos cárnicos elaborados.

Entre las funciones de FECIC, cabe destacar la defensa y representación de esta actividad empresarial y de sus empresas afiliadas ante las diferentes administraciones, mientras que entre sus actividades destaca la información y los servicios que ofrece a las empresas cárnicas.
